Gillardeau oyster, Martini dry and lime
Scallop, caviar, Belgian endive and mango
Pink shrimp, black rice chips, orange and almond

First course:
Potato buttons pasta, mushrooms, truffle and veal soup

Second courses:
Grouper and grouper, vegetables and ponzu
Beef with grilled bread, parmesan, Porto and black chickpeas

Dessert:
Mandarin, yogurt and chocolat
Panettone (Italian Christmas Cake)

After midnight:
Cotechino meat and “good luck” lentils
